  • In 2009, Seagram helped one of the UK's largest Fund Manager's in quietly marketing some of its key London and South East assets. We procured buyers on six properties, all above valuation, at one of the most challenging times in the market.
  • In 2007, we advised a major UK Property PLC on the negotiation, prospective sale and leaseback of an iconic 1,000,000 square feet Bank Headquarters in New York.

Case studies:

  • In 2008, in a rapidly declining market, Seagram sold a 100-unit gated development in west London for a private investor at 10% above its highest 2007 valuation. We kept the deal alive for 11 months while the developer and purchaser argued over construction delays and brought the deal to successful completion through the negotiation of a complex retention clause that was agreeable to both parties.
  • Seagram employed its international reach in selling beachfront land in the Bahamas within two weeks, after a local specialist had been marketing the property for over two years.

Case study:

  • Seagram designed the optimisation of a storage company’s principal facility by marketing its King’s Cross warehouse as an office development site with a short-term sale and leaseback. We then found a suitable replacement warehouse complex within the M25 with existing income, coterminous with its existing lease term.
