The aim of the Seagram Capital Fund is to profit from the extraordinary arbitrage between historically low interest rates and some of the highest yields to be seen in quality commercial real estate for many years.

The FSA-regulated fund seeks a solid annual income for its investors combined with capital appreciation, through the conservative acquisition and management of a portfolio of quality properties in prime locations, characterised by long leases and first class covenants. The Company's strategy focuses on investing in real estate that will generate strong long-term cash flow or, that has unrealised potential that can be actualised through active management.

The fund operates as a core-plus portfolio with a niche lot size of £5 - 25 million, diversified across direct property assets; this includes offices, retail outlets, industrial premises and other commercial property throughout London and the South East.
